OFF seeks a talented individual who believes humanity will spend more time in the digital world with its multiple personas (a.k.a Avatars). Getting close to the future we dream of, we’re building an avatar ecosystem in web3. Our ultimate goal is to create a fully decentralized infrastructure, however, we should look for a practical solution all the time.
Responsibilities
•
Benchmark investigation regarding the market, users, and existing products
•
Planning and profit analysis for products/services/platforms
•
Creation of teams for product development (calculation of necessary personnel, participating in the recruitment process as well if possible)
•
Executing and managing development projects (resource management, schedule management)
Qualifications
•
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•
Deep technical knowledge with a customer-focused mindset
•
Strategic thinker
•
Insatiable curiosity to learn new domains and keep up with innovation
•
Business fluency in English
